  • To develop a creative concept and brand identity.
Realization
  • We set the task to convey the message that old things are really good and valuable. But to convey the message of value – not as a material cost, but as an opportunity to fit an old thing into a modern lifestyle and find a use for it.
  • Our goal was to reposition Prime Flats from a company that just does restoration or renovation. We wanted to make it known as a "re-creator".
  • The tagline is, "Prime Flats is apartments and homes you will live in."
  • We break the rules but keep the walls. We make adjustments to make it better. But we don't change it.
