We set the task to convey the message that old things are really good and valuable. But to convey the message of value – not as a material cost, but as an opportunity to fit an old thing into a modern lifestyle and find a use for it.
Our goal was to reposition Prime Flats from a company that just does restoration or renovation. We wanted to make it known as a "re-creator".
The tagline is, "Prime Flats is apartments and homes you will live in."
We break the rules but keep the walls. We make adjustments to make it better. But we don't change it.
