Create a product-focused website for IbuVIR in the Kazakhstan market that clearly presents the brand’s range for children and adults, helps users quickly find relevant information about the medicine, and encourages action – from product selection to finding it at a pharmacy.
In the pharma category, users often visit a website with a specific need and expect to find an answer as quickly as possible. The challenge was to combine a large amount of product and medical information with a clear user journey, while also separating communication for two audiences – adults and parents looking for a product for their children.
Realization
We built the website around real user scenarios rather than a simple list of medicines: users can immediately navigate to the relevant category, learn more about the product, use the dosage calculator, explore useful health content, and proceed to pharmacy options.
The implementation focused on: сontent segmentation – separate sections for children and adults shorten the path to relevant information; interactivity – the dosage calculator serves as a practical functional touchpoint within the website; product-to-purchase journey – the “Where to Buy” CTA guides users from product discovery to selecting a pharmacy partner. The website was fully adapted for desktop, tablet, and mobile, ensuring access to product information, the dosage calculator, and key CTAs across all devices. For the Kazakhstan market, the website supports communication in both Russian and Kazakh.
